The Panoven has the honor of being the first Dutch brick / tile museum.
From 1860 to 1983 were stone baked in the Panoven using traditional method.

Since 1985, the zigzag wave oven and dry lying behind pilot's Rich Heritage list and the other pilots are operating as reasons to be aware. The authentic brick company is still fully intact.

This allows you to see the old Aberson vormbakpers from 1905 still at work (by appointment). With the small press (K800) on application made stones (great for all ages), which is on a shelf they can take back home.

The core collection is focused on the brick / tile history of the Panoven from 1860 to today.

These trips are made through the ages starting from Roman times to today and the future.

This gives a picture of the materials in quality, size and color, machinery, utensils, social relationships of the plant with the environment, relationships and masonry in the near future architecture.

The clay mining has created a habitat in the clay ponds Panoven , but on the other side of the dike, where the nature Geldersepoort begins. This area under development is a good example and by the Province of Gelderland and nature organizations in the exhibition space of the Panoven picture.

In addition, the exhibition space for temporary exhibitions with varying themes. The museum and heritage is also linked with other heritage through Europe and going out to these associations in the near future.
